Raymond van Barneveld earned a hard fought victory against Andy Hamilton in Sheffield to move a step closer to a McCoy’s Premier League Play-Off place.

The five-time World Champion had to fend off a fight-back from ‘The Hammer’, who took five out of six legs to take a 5-4 lead.

But ‘Barney’ wrestled back control and took the last three to move onto fourteen points and cement his third place in the table. more

Raymond van Barneveld shared a draw with James Wade in Cardiff in the McCoy’s Premier League on Thursday evening.

Wade took out two finishes of over 100, while van Barneveld hit five 180s in a match that had plenty of highlights but the pair could not be separated.

The result sees both players remain inside the play-off places and the Dutch five-time World Champion admitted that luck was on his side.  more

Raymond van Barneveld secured back to back McCoy’s Premier League victories as he saw off Wes Newton in Aberdeen on Thursday evening.

‘Barney’, who defeated Gary Anderson on the opening night in Belfast last week, produced another strong performance to maintain his perfect start to his 2013 campaign.

The Dutchman brilliantly took out three finishes of over 100 as he cruised to a comfortable victory. more

Raymond van Barneveld produced a brilliant performance to defeat Gary Anderson on the opening night of the 2013 McCoy’s Premier League.

The popular Dutchman averaged over 102 in a 7-4 success as he got off to a strong start at Belfast’s Odyssey Arena on Thursday evening.

‘Barney’ had trailed his Scottish opponent 2-0 and 3-1 but produced some fabulous darts to seal a comfortable triumph.  more

Dutch duo Raymond van Barneveld and Michael van Gerwen completed a whitewash over Gibraltar’s Dyson Parody and Dylan Duo.

Team Netherlands sealed their place at the top of Group E and set up a last 16 clash with Finland with ease but van Gerwen admitted that the pair are still finding their feet.  more

Raymond van Barneveld and Michael van Gerwen began the Netherlands’ pursuit of World Cup glory with victory against the Polish pair of Krzysztof Kciuk and Krzysztof Ratajski.

The Dutch duo took maximum points in their opening Group F game in Hamburg on Friday evening but know they will need to improve if they are to fulfil their title hopes.  more
